In-lab repairs are the most cost-effective. Most computer repair is empty space--waiting for diagnostic scans to complete, for restarts, for downloads. By putting our techs to work on other things while these steps are completed, we eliminate the empty space from billing and free up our time for other billable tasks. 

When your computer is in our lab for repair, you don't have to pay for a tech who is just sitting around waiting for some task to complete before advancing to the next step and we get way more stuff done. This structure allows us to fix your gear for a low price while still making a fair profit. You pay for what you use.

Virus removal: $75
Rebuild:  $90
Upgrades: $40
Diagnostics: $0  
On-site service: $80

We offer low rates for hourly work and make money on volume repairs.  When a tech is actively working on your computer -- pointing, clicking, typing, etc .-- that's billable time. When your computer is not being touched, that's not billable time.  Our workbench is an assembly line for equipment queued for repairs. If no one is working the bench then no one is accruing fees.  We're a bit like an IT timeshare.
